If you’re not satisfied with your results, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order — even if the product has been opened and used.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Opened or lightly used products are accepted as part of our trial guarantee

A valid proof of purchase is required

Customers must provide a photo of the prepared return package before shipment, showing the items securely packed

Returns must be approved by our support team prior to shipping
Restocking & Return Costs
Approved returns are subject to the following deductions:

A 20% restocking fee to cover processing and handling costs

A $7.50 return shipping fee

These amounts will be deducted from the final refund

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order at your convenience.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable fees.
